Cancellation Policy
Please note, once you finalize a booking with us the only way a full refund is possible is if a fault has occurred where we hold the blame. This means that booking and then deciding you don't want to go anymore will mean you pay a cancellation fee which varies on the price of the trip you were meant to embark on. Situations change and things happen so we try to approach each situation on a case-by-case basis, meaning you may be eligible for a partial refund if it is a more complex case. Regardless, we hope you never have to look back at this policy as we are very good at our jobs!
